Quixie continued her leadership role as a principal / district administrator in the public-school sector. Shortly after leaving public schools, she joined Catalyst as a co-owner with Barb Taylor.

She enjoys conducting research and forging new and different paths for better educational outcomes. She wholeheartedly believes in the importance of changing lives, one student at a time.
Quixie continues to support at-risk students by her advocacy work, contracting as a researcher and an auditor. She is completing her doctorate in Organizational Leadership with an emphasis on Emotional Intelligence and Social-Emotional Learning with an anticipated graduation date of May 2023.
